SCPW SolarThe SCPW Solar Steering Committee (a committee of volunteer Summit and Wasatch County Community members) is seeking qualified applicants to submit proposals for the design, procurement and installation of new, residential PV systems for a cohort of Summit and Wasatch County participants. The intent of the Steering Committee is to select one or more firms to provide residential solar installation services. The full Request for Proposals is available for download.

The SCPW Solar Steering Committee is soliciting solar installers across Northern Utah for the purposes of serving a Community Bulk Purchase Solar Program in Summit and Wasatch Counties. Our objective is to select firm(s) that best meet the requirements identified in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Within the RFP you will find all the information necessary to submit a proposal to participate in SCPW Solar. Proposals received by July 5th, 2019 in response to this RFP will be scored by a volunteer community Steering Committee as outlined within the RFP.

Respondents shall submit their proposals in an attachment PDF format via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject line “SCPW Solar Bid: [Firm’s Name]” no later than July 5th at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. No file formats other than PDF will be accepted.
